By accessing and using SpecYard ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SpecYard is a web-based specification management platform designed for interior designers. The Service allows users to create, manage, and share professional specification sheets, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with clients.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

SpecYard offers multiple subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features at no cost
• Pro Plan: Enhanced features for £29/month
• Studio Plan: Full features for £59/month

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. We provide export functionality but are not liable for data loss.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpecYard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
